The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent; often rent is low as $25 a month. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Our spacious 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments offer fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms, and the convenience of central heating and air conditioning. On-site, we provide two well-equipped laundry facilities. Children can enjoy our playground, basketball courts, gardens, and meticulously maintained grounds. Additionally, we have a vibrant community center with cable TV and an array of games!
